Ashlei Sykes

Ashlei Sykes is an accomplished professional in project management and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Project Management Office at UBC since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ashlei held various leadership positions at Syneos Health from August 2014 to November 2023, including Director and Associate Director of BU Operations Management, overseeing a project support team of over 250 in North America and Latin America. Additional experience includes roles at IQVIA as Regulatory & Start-up Lead, and at i3 Research and PPD in various study start-up and regulatory capacities. Ashlei earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1999 to 2003.
