Kevin Robertson

Kevin Robertson is an experienced HR professional with a focus on employee relations. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Employee Relations at UBC since October 2023, Kevin previously held the role of HR Manager for Associate Relations at Garmin from May 2022 to October 2023. Kevin's career in associate relations began at Cerner Corporation, where roles included Lead Associate Relations Partner, Senior Associate Relations Partner, and Associate Relations Partner from November 2015 to May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Black & Veatch and a District Compliance Manager at Kiewit. Kevin began the professional journey as an HR Compliance Officer at Celltron, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from The University of Kansas.
