Andy Wakefield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andy started their career as a Warehouse and Shop Assistant at The Sussex Produce Co in 2013, where they worked until January 2018. In 2018, Andy worked briefly as a Head Tennis Instructor at Camp Arowhon. Andy then transitioned into the data field and joined Sparta Global as a Data Consultant in February 2020, where they worked until July 2020. After that, they joined UBDS as a Data Analyst / Consultant in September 2020 and has since held various roles in the data team, including data engineer, data analyst, business analyst, and PowerPlatform developer/solution architect. Andy currently holds the position of Head of Business Intelligence at UBDS, starting in October 2022.
Andy Wakefield completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Keele University from 2015 to 2018. Andy then pursued an Applied Sports Psychology MSc. degree in Applied Psychology at St Mary's University, Twickenham from 2018 to 2019. In addition, they obtained several certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft in various fields such as cloud computing, data analysis, and solution architecture.
