Charlotte Neumann

Charlotte (Kelly) Neumann is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director and Head of Eater (Consumer) Operations for U.S. & Canada Delivery at Uber since January 2017. Previously, Charlotte held multiple positions at Uber, including Chief of Staff to the RGM of U.S. & Canada, where strategic oversight was provided, as well as interim Head of Strategy & Planning and Senior Operations Manager focusing on operations and strategy. Prior to joining Uber, Charlotte was with Capital One from July 2014 to January 2017, progressing from an Associate Marketing Manager to Principal Associate while also completing an internship in Card Partnerships. Early career experience includes an editorial internship at Washington Business Journal. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Journalism, and English from Georgetown University.
