Kyle Nichols

Kyle Nichols is a highly experienced data compliance and risk management professional with a robust background in regulatory reporting and technology oversight. Currently serving as a Manager II - Data Compliance Program Manager Technical at Uber since October 2021, Kyle has successfully led engineering projects to enhance reporting efficiency for regulators and developed solutions to streamline the Toronto licensing process using Python. Prior experience includes roles at Kemper as an Enterprise Compliance Manager overseeing compliance risks, as well as serving as an Adjunct Professor teaching Python at Oakton Community College. Additionally, Kyle held various positions at Allstate, including Risk Manager, where leadership of regulatory testing and internal control governance was key. With advanced degrees in Data Science from Northwestern University and Supply Chain Management from Western Illinois University, Kyle combines technical expertise with strong analytical skills to drive organizational compliance and efficiency.
