Ava Hegedus

Ava Hegedus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ava currently serves as the Head of Workplace and Culture at Uberall, where they focus on implementing modern ways of working and creating strategies for a thriving global workplace. Prior to this, they worked at Native Instruments as the Sr. Workplace Manager and Community Space Manager, where they created an inspiring work environment and engaged the community through various activities. Ava also has experience as a Freelance Video Producer at Delay Productions, where they worked on digital storytelling projects primarily centered around music and creative culture. Earlier in their career, they worked at Wieden + Kennedy as an Audio/Video Producer and Content Manager, at U.S. PIRG as a Campaign Manager, at the City of Portland as a Citizen's Advocate, and at KPSU as a Station Manager and Volunteer Coordinator.

Ava Hegedus holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Portland State University. Ava has also obtained a certification in Blockchain for Business from Udemy in 2021.
