Peg Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry, running global service delivery teams and working with the largest credit, debit, and prepaid issuers in the world. As senior vice president, fintech, Peg leads the global strategy to develop services, client satisfaction, and growth for the 150+ financial services challenger brands that Ubiquity supports across its customer experience and banking operations portfolio. Most recently, Peg served as head of global operations at i2c, a payment and banking solutions company. She played a pivotal role in overseeing client contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering best-in-class customer service to help achieve operational excellence. Before i2c, Peg held several positions at First Data Corporation, the most recent being senior vice president of business operations. She led a team of 400 employees in client services supporting the company’s Financial Services Business organization. Before that, she was vice president of Global Service Delivery, overseeing the Communications and Support organization.
