Bo Wei Aw is a Game Designer with extensive experience in the gaming industry, notably with Ubisoft Singapore since March 2022, where responsibilities include designing reward systems and game balance for Skull & Bones. Prior experience includes a role at Gamelogic Pte Ltd, leading a team in the development of a web-based MMO game and working closely with international partners. Bo Wei Aw has also contributed to unit design for Brave Frontier while at gumi Asia Pte Ltd, managing design processes and collaborating with external teams. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Game Design and Computer Science from DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore and a Diploma in Information Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
