Melvin Lau Zhen Wei has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Melvin began their career as an Engineer Assistant at Technic Inc. in 2005. After a year, they joined Ubisoft Singapore as a Scripter in 2012. Melvin worked their way up in the company, becoming an Assistant Technical Director, Scripting in 2015 and eventually taking on the role of Technical Director, Design in 2018. Melvin's expertise lies in technical directing, scripting, and design within the gaming industry.

Melvin Lau Zhen Wei's education history is as follows:

From 2002 to 2003, they obtained a Diploma of Computing from the Melbourne Institute of Business & Technology.

From 2004 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Network Engineering from RMIT University.

In 2009, they enrolled in the SAE Institute Singapore and earned a Diploma of IT with a focus on Games Programming.

That same year, they also joined the Auston Institute of Management (Coventry University) and studied Network Computing, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree.

Lastly, from 2009 to 2011, they studied Games Programming and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the SAE Institute Singapore, which is affiliated with Middlesex University.
