Paul Fu has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as a Lead Game Designer at SL Interactive Pte Ltd. Paul worked there until 2006 and then moved on to become a Lead Game Designer at Redeye Studios Singapore from 2006 to 2007. In 2006, they also co-founded a design agency called Zacchaeus & Paul, where they worked as a Director until 2009. From 2007 to 2009, Paul worked as a Game Designer at Lucasfilm Animation. Since 2009, they have been working at Ubisoft Singapore, initially as an Associate Lead Designer for Assassin's Creed Rogue. Paul has since held various roles, including Lead Designer for Assassin's Creed Origins and Lead Narrative Designer for Skull & Bones. Currently, they are working as a Content Director at Ubisoft Singapore, responsible for various projects within the Assassin's Creed franchise, as well as Immortals: Fenyx Rising.

Paul Fu attended Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Diploma in Multimedia. Paul then pursued further education at Raffles Design Institute from 2004 to 2006. There, they graduated with a BA(Hons) in Visual Communications (Multimedia), achieving 2nd Upper Honours. Paul'sfield of study throughout their education was Games & Multimedia.
