Philippe M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Philippe began their career in 1999 as a Graphic Designer at Xilam Animation before moving on to Artsonik, where they served as the Head of 3D Studio project. Philippe then worked at various companies, including Xilam Animation (formerly Chaman), Def2shoot, Action Synthèse, and 3d Public school, where they held roles such as Lighting and Compositing Artist and 3D Teacher. In 2005, Philippe joined Ubisoft Montpellier as a Marketing Artist before transitioning to Ubisoft Montréal in 2006. At Ubisoft Montréal, they held roles such as Technology Lead, CG Supervisor, Senior Artiste, and Video Director, where they were involved in internal video production, trailer production, and the development of ingame tools. Most recently, Philippe joined Ubisoft Singapore as the Director of Technology Operations and Technical Director.

Philippe M. attended ESRA from 1995 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Realisation audiovisuel. During the same period, they also attended ESRA Paris School of Achievement Audiovisual Cinema, Sound, Animated Film, where they obtained a DESRA degree in the field of study of audiovisual Cinema, sound, and Animated Film.
