Victoria Chea

Victoria CHEA is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at Ubisoft since December 2019. In this role, Victoria leads cross-functional teams to support production and business objectives, notably establishing the first Vietnam office and earning the VMMARK Award for Best Office Design. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Director at Ubisoft Shanghai for over a decade, where Victoria empowered a finance team, exceeded savings targets, and implemented innovative financial processes. Victoria's earlier roles included Financial Controller and Financial Analyst, as well as a Credit Analyst at Societe Generale and Sales Agent at Numericable. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from IÉSEG School of Management and a BBA in Economics and Finance from Assumption University.
