Xavier Poix

Xavier Poix serves as the Senior Vice President at Ubisoft, overseeing operations in France, South Europe, and China since September 2018, with responsibilities that include managing China Studios and the publishing sector. Previously, Xavier held the position of Managing Director for Ubisoft's French Studios from December 2005 to August 2018, during which time significant titles such as Just Dance, Ghost Recon, and Mario + Rabbids were developed, contributing to substantial sales milestones. With earlier roles as Studio Director and Sales Director at Ubisoft Montpellier, Xavier played a key role in developing sales structures and producing major video game titles. Xavier Poix holds a degree from NEOMA Business School.
