Jan Schultheiss has extensive experience in technology infrastructure and network services, currently serving as the Head of Network Services at UBS AG since 2002, managing secure data, voice, and multimedia network services for Swiss offices. In previous roles at UBS, Schultheiss oversaw middleware and hosting platforms, leading significant teams and managing thousands of application instances and messaging queues. Schultheiss also played a crucial role in integrating IT infrastructure for European Wealth Management and served in various IT security and infrastructure expert roles early in their career. Prior to UBS, Schultheiss was a team leader at Group Telecommunication and a founder of WarpLink GmbH. Schultheiss holds both a Post Master degree in Information Science and a Master degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich.
