Michelle Maconachie, JP/Celebrant, has extensive experience in business operations and event management, currently serving as the Business Operations & Services Manager at UBT since July 2019. Overseeing property and fleet management across Australia and New Zealand, Michelle previously held roles including ANZ Precinct Operations Manager and Client Services Manager at UBT Australia and New Zealand, focusing on operational efficiency and customer relationship management. Prior to UBT, Michelle coordinated events as an independent contractor and worked at the Sydney Opera House in various capacities, including Relationship Manager for the Food & Beverage Department. Early career roles included executive and legal support positions at leading firms, complemented by formal education in celebrancy and business operations.
