Kirsten Keihl

Kirsten Keihl is a graduate advising and student services professional currently serving as the Admissions, Equity, and Career Advisor for the History PhD Program at the University of California, Berkeley since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kirsten spent a decade at the University of San Francisco, where responsibilities included managing the graduate program in data science as the Administrative Director and previously as Program Manager and Program Assistant. Additional experience includes teaching English as a Second Language at Canal Alliance and holding various administrative roles across organizations such as Catholic Charities USA and the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis. Kirsten holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Writing, Journalism, and Spanish from Oregon State University.
