Shuba V Raghavan

Shuba V Raghavan is a seasoned professional in the fields of energy analysis and finance, currently serving as a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley's Energy Resources Group since August 2015. Previously, Raghavan worked as a Consultant from January 2014 to July 2019 and held senior roles at Lumina Decision Systems, focusing on renewable technologies and policies. Raghavan's experience includes visiting fellowships at the Liu Institute for Global Issues and extensive research as Principal Research Scientist at CSTEP, where analyses focused on low carbon growth options for India.
