Tom Watts serves as the Creative Director at Know2Grow.com, overseeing the creation of design materials and leading content strategy and marketing initiatives since February 2023. With extensive experience at UC Davis, Tom has held the role of Lead Product Designer, where a recent site redesign earned a People's Voice Webby Award and significantly improved user engagement. Prior roles include developing a campus-wide Online Student Services Portal and various web design positions within UC Davis and other organizations. In addition to design and development expertise, Tom has a background in coaching, having served as the Varsity Football Defensive Coordinator at Davis High School. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Studio from the University of California, Davis, complemented by coursework in Outdoor Leadership from the National Outdoor Leadership School.
