Richa Natarajan

Richa Natarajan is an experienced professional currently serving as a Fellow of the Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellowship at Ananta Aspen Centre since July 2024. Richa co-founded and serves as a Partner at UC Impower, with tenure beginning in 2022. Prior to this, Richa held the position of Managing Director at Unitus Capital from October 2010 to 2022 and worked as a Business Valuation Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP from June 2007 to October 2010. Additional experience includes roles as a Functional Excellence Intern at Medrad and an Analyst at Primerock Capital in 2006, as well as a Trainee at Ernst & Young from 2004 to 2005. Richa holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business (2005-2007), a PGDBA from Bangalore University (2004-2005), and a BBM from Bangalore University (2001-2004), following an education at Vidya Niketan from 1985 to 1999.
