Maximilian Heckhausen

Maximilian Heckhausen serves as the Head of Strategic Growth at UCI Health since May 2020, leading efforts for strategic growth, financial projections, and expansion of the academic health system in Orange County. Previous experience includes roles at Kaiser Permanente, where Maximilian worked as a Senior Consultant focused on strategic planning and business development, and at GE Healthcare Partners as a Consultant, advising on the integration of multiple health systems. Early career roles included positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans, and Touro Infirmary, providing expertise in healthcare operations, finance, and strategy. Maximilian holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Public Health from Tulane University.
