Ryan dela Victoria

Ryan Dela Victoria, MHA, LSSBB, currently serves as the Operations Project Manager in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President at UCI Health, a role focused on supporting system-wide initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this position, Ryan held multiple leadership roles at Providence, overseeing multi-specialty clinics and clinical research teams while ensuring high-quality patient care. Additional experience includes project management and analysis roles at Kaiser Permanente, where Ryan contributed to business strategy and risk mitigation. Ryan holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
