Jenna Lucius

Jenna Lucius is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as a Senior Analyst and Human Resources Manager at UC San Diego since August 2013. In these roles, Jenna leads a small HR team, overseeing onboarding and orientation for over 400 staff and academic appointees. Jenna has also functioned as a Senior Trainer and Implementation Lead, developing training programs and providing support for users. As a Change Management Practitioner, Jenna has successfully coordinated business process redesigns and executed comprehensive change management plans. Prior to UC San Diego, Jenna held management positions at Hondros College, Kings Island, and Fifth Third Bank, contributing to admissions, event planning, and customer service. Jenna holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and has pursued additional certifications in Change Management from UC San Diego.
