Terri Winbush has been working in the field of Labor Relations for several years, starting as a Labor Relations Specialist and progressing to roles such as Director Labor Relations and Sr. Director Labor Relations & Employee Relations. Currently, Terri serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at UC San Diego. Prior to this, Terri held the position of Deputy City Attorney at the City of San Diego. Terri completed their law degree at the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004.
