C. Scott Kammer, MD has a diverse work experience. C. Scott most recently worked at UCare, where they held multiple roles including Vice President, Senior Medical Director and Associate Vice President, Senior Medical Director. C. Scott Kammer, MD earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Duke University in 1994. C. Scott then pursued a Family Medicine Internship at the University of Iowa's Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, IA from 1998 to 1999. Following that, they completed a Family Medicine Residency at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL through the Uniformed Services University from 2001 to 2003. Later, in 2013 to 2015, they attended the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business's Physician Leadership College for further studies. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Health Insurance Executive from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in 2020, as well as medical licenses from the Wisconsin Board of Medicine (2020) and the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice (2006). C. Scott is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine since 2004. In 2019, they briefly attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
