Jennifer Kaltveit-Solis is an accomplished professional in customer service and operational support, currently serving as the Customer Service Director - Operational Support at UCare since April 2022, following a role as Senior Customer Service Manager - Processes & Projects. Prior to UCare, Jennifer held various positions at Planned Parenthood North Central States from August 2012 to April 2022, culminating in the role of Director of Patient Services. Jennifer's experience also includes serving in multiple capacities within the patient services team and a position as a server at Keys Cafe & Bakery from May 2005 to March 2014. Additionally, an internship at Minnesota Women's Consortium from March 2010 to May 2012 contributed to Jennifer's foundation in the field. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from Hamline University between 2008 and 2012.
