Milissia Olberding's work experience spans over several years, starting with their role as a Merchant Bar Steel Inside Sales Representative at Cargill, North Star Steel. In this position, they were responsible for sales and maintaining customer relationships. After that, they became a licensed daycare provider before joining UCare as a Financial Analyst. In this role, they developed reports and analysis related to encounter submission performance.
