Patricia Ball has worked in various roles throughout their career. Patricia started in 1999 as a Product Manager at Ingenix and later worked as a Manager for Healthcare Informatics at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Patricia then joined Consumer Aware as the VP of Product Development and Management. In 2008, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN as a Portfolio Manager. Patricia then moved to UCare in 2009 and held positions such as Director of Product Management & Development, Director of Corporate Strategies, Vice President of Provider Relations and Contracting, and currently, they are the Vice President of Provider Service & Operations.
Patricia Ball obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from St. Olaf College between 1985 and 1989. Patricia then pursued a Master's of Public Affairs with a focus on Non-profit leadership at the University of Minnesota - Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs from 2008 to 2012.
