Kris Janssen

Kris Janssen is a seasoned professional in digital technology and healthcare, currently serving as Director and Head of Digital Technology Patient Solutions - Lab Technologies and Operations at UCB. Janssen has held various leadership roles at UCB, including Director and Associate Director of IT Early Solutions focused on Smart Automation. Prior to UCB, Janssen worked as an IT Consultant specializing in mobile apps and healthcare. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bio-engineering from KU Leuven and experience as a Senior Scientific Project Coordinator at Research Foundation Flanders, as well as a visiting scholar at McGill University. Additionally, Janssen has completed advanced studies in Spanish at the Centrum voor Levende Talen in Leuven.
