Vanessa Lehmann

Vanessa Lehmann is an experienced IT Project Manager currently leading the Gene Therapy IT program at UCB, where responsibilities include IT governance and collaboration with IT security teams. Vanessa also operates as the owner of Fillings Consulting, following a tenure at Belfius, where a project focused on improving customer satisfaction and IT services was initiated. Previously, Vanessa held senior consulting roles at Capgemini and EUROCONTROL, overseeing projects such as the redesign of ServiceNow Catalog and CMDB transformation using Agile methodologies. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Delhaize Belgium, SteepConsult, and Proximus, with a focus on digital transformation, cloud migrations, and process optimization. Vanessa holds multiple project management certifications, including an IPMA D certification and other qualifications from recognized institutions.
