Xavier Hormaechea

Xavier Hormaechea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and brand management, currently serving as Managing Director of UCB Belgium and Head of EU Corporate Affairs since February 2001. Previously held notable positions include Director and Associate Director for EU Corporate Affairs, as well as Global Brand Manager and International Market Research Analyst for Keppra®. Prior to UCB, Xavier worked at Solutia (now a subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company) as a Market Analyst and Customer Service Team Leader for Saflex® in Europe and Africa. Academic credentials include postgraduate degrees in Business Administration and Political Sciences & International Relations from VLEKHO Business School Brussel and Université catholique de Louvain, respectively, along with a Master's degree in Communication from the same institution.
