Tom Cassady is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and healthcare sectors. Since 1999, Cassady has served as the Midwest Regional CEO for USI Insurance Services, leading day-to-day operations and overseeing a team of over 800 insurance professionals. In addition to this role, Cassady currently holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at UC Health, where the focus is on delivering world-class healthcare. Cassady also served a three-year term as General Fraternity President of Beta Theta Pi and was Chair of the Board of Trustees for the University of Cincinnati from 2017 to 2019, contributing to the university's significant local impact. Prior to these roles, Cassady founded Queen City Insurance Agency in 1981, successfully growing it before its merger with USI. Cassady holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Cincinnati.
