Alicia Klein

Alicia Klein is an experienced sports columnist and commentator at UOL Esporte since November 2020, producing content that addresses critical issues such as gender, race, and politics. As a Brand Ambassador for Me Too Brasil, Alicia advocates for gender equality in sports. Additionally, as Founder and CEO of _uhmana since October 2022, Alicia focuses on personal branding and leadership development. Alicia serves as a Personal Branding and Leadership Professor at Enap and teaches an MBA course at Ibmec on sports in the entertainment context. With a strong background in gender equity consulting at Gema Consultoria em Equidade, Alicia has also held various roles in sports management and marketing, including significant positions at Globo, World Athletics, and CSM Sport & Entertainment. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and further training in story creation and soccer coaching.
