Bill Lazarus

Bill Lazarus currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at UCLA Health, a position held since September 2013. In this role, Bill is responsible for the development and implementation of core technology architecture, infrastructure systems, and operations, emphasizing customer care and ITIL-based frameworks. Prior to UCLA Health, Bill was a Service Line Executive at Cebula IT Consulting LLC, where responsibilities included client engagements and advisory services. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Technology & Architecture at St. Joseph Health System and various technology leadership roles in organizations such as Perot Systems and Horizon/CMS Healthcare. Bill holds a degree in Business Administration from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College and has further education from Jones International University.
