Haley Sparks, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Community and Organizational Development and the Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in External Affairs at UCLA since November 2021. Additionally, Haley has been a Mental Health Consultant and Mental Health Program Director at VISIONS, Inc since the same time. Prior experience includes roles as DEI Manager and Therapist at The Women's Center of SE Michigan from April 2018 to November 2021, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Director at the University of Michigan from August 2016 to November 2021. Previous positions also include DEI Coordinator at The Women's Home and Peer Health Educator at Health Education Outreach. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
