Alexandra Apple

Alexandra Apple, PhD, is a Clinical Neuropsychologist at UCSF Health since October 2021, specializing in neuropsychological assessments and research. Previous roles include Clinical Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Fellow at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center and Clinical Neuropsychology Intern at the University of California, San Francisco. Alexandra's early experience includes positions as a Neuropsychology Technician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a Staff Research Associate at UCSF, along with various research assistant roles at Stanford University and the Shimamura Cognitive Neuroscience Lab. Contributions to research encompass studies on Alzheimer’s, Frontal-Temporal Dementia, and PTSD, utilizing fMRI data analysis and other methodologies. Alexandra holds a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology from Northwestern University and a BA in Psychology and Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
