Jyotsna Soin

Jyotsna Soin, MHA, CPC, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Patient Access at UCSF Health since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jyotsna held the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Behavioral Framework from September 2024 to January 2025 and was the Director of Reimbursement Operations at Veracyte, Inc. from January 2022 to July 2024. Jyotsna has extensive experience at Kaiser Permanente, where roles included Director of Revenue Cycle, Coding Manager, and Operations Manager - Revenue Cycle from December 2009 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Jyotsna worked at UCSF Medical Center as Revenue Manager for the Department of Ophthalmology and Transplant Billing Manager from September 2004 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MHA in Health Policy and Administration from the Indian Institute of Health Management & Research, and a Bachelor's degree in Optometry from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
