Karen O'Neill

Karen O'Neill serves as the IT Strategic Program Director at UCSF Health, leading strategic planning and initiatives related to technology transformation and campus revitalization since March 2012. With extensive experience in IT management, roles have included Strategic Program Manager and Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at UCSF, and Director of Network Operations at Kaiser Permanente. Prior positions encompass leadership in network and data center services at Iron Mountain, Caritas Christi Health Care System, and other organizations. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Saint Michael's College and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bentley University.
