Cesar Armendariz

Cesar Armendariz has over 25 years of experience in property operations and financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Operations at UDR since April 2008, Cesar has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Director and Director of FP&A. Prior to UDR, Cesar worked at ProLogis from January 2000 to March 2008, where positions included Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and Database Analyst II. Early career experience includes a role as Tax Intern at Security Capital Group. Cesar holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from New Mexico State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
