Francisca Soares, MBA, has extensive experience in quality systems and management within the electronics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Systems at UEC Electronics since October 2012, Francisca has previously held notable positions such as Director of Global Quality and General Manager at Winchester Electronics Corporation from October 2007 to April 2011, and Director of Manufacturing Operations at Kings Electronics from April 1998 to October 2007. Francisca earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Winthrop University, completing studies between 2004 and 2006.
