Mathias Haussmann is the CEO and founder of Uepaa. Mathias has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry.

Mathias started their career at Phonak in 1997 as a New Business Development Manager. In 2004, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Phonak Earcare Systems.

In 2006, Mathias joined BIOTRONIK as the Director of Special Affairs. Mathias was responsible for the company’s strategy and business development.

In 2008, Mathias became the Chief Operating Officer of Biolab Technology AG (Biotronik). Mathias was responsible for the company’s operations and sales.

In 2010, Mathias left Biotronik to start Uepaa, a company that provides a secure messaging platform for businesses.

Mathias Haussmann has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strathclyde Business School in International Business and Entrepreneurship. Mathias also has a Bachelor of Science - BS from University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in MicroElectronics.
