Currently serving as Vice President of IT at UES since April 2022, Andy has successfully integrated 20 companies in under two years through the development of an IT M&A playbook and the introduction of ITIL practices. Previous roles include Director of IT Operations and Infrastructure and Director of Client Service Delivery at PCI, where Andy oversaw a 60-person team and implemented standard processes based on ITIL, ensuring compliance and enhancing client support for over 80 clients. Andy's career also includes positions at renowned companies such as NFL On Location Experiences, Merlin Entertainments, and UBS, where skills in project management, service delivery, and IT operations have consistently driven improvements and efficiencies.
