Joshua Christen is a Senior Analyst in Process Improvement & Standardization at UES since July 2023. Previously, Joshua served as an Industrial Engineer for Travel + Leisure Co. from May 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing metrics for housekeeping and engineering services, improving space utilization in sales centers, and developing applications for inventory management. Joshua also held the role of Intern in Business Improvement and Quality, leading initiatives to streamline the check-in process. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Management at the same institution, expected to graduate in December 2025.
