Whitney Kraus

Whitney Kraus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Whitney started their career at UnityPoint Health St. Luke's Hospital in 2007 as an Internal Marketing Consultant, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Circle Computer Resources as a Human Resources Generalist, gaining experience in employee engagement and coordination. Since 2016, they have been employed at UFG Insurance, holding various roles including Marketing Project Manager, Sr. Organizational Change Management Specialist, and currently serving as an HR Generalist II.

Whitney Kraus completed their education in a chronological order. Whitney first attended Mount Mercy University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Political Science. Later, they pursued higher education at Mount Mercy University again from 2013 to 2018, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, with an emphasis on Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Whitney Kraus has also obtained two additional certifications. In December 2018, they received a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Most recently, in March 2021, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci.
