UFIT was founded in 2011 in Singapore with one personal training gym and quickly expanded to become Singapore's most integrated health, fitness and sports community. With four locations in the CBD, Orchard, Fairmont Hotel, and One North Business park, we offer a holistic approach through our 'Circle of Care', including Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Indoor and Outdoor Group Classes, Sports Massage, 1-1 Nutrition, Health & V02 Max Screening, and Reformer Pilates.

We also offer a solution to corporate wellness needs, where we strive to empower companies to be leaders in wellness. Our three pillar approach allows you to develop a tailored offering for each of your team members, while taking into account the motivations and constraints of your organization and the individual circumstances of all employees.
