Previously worked at Telenor Pakistan from June 2007 to September 2013, where responsibilities included premises management, HR coordination, and serving as HSE Lead Auditor for OHSA standards. Ammad holds a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Chemistry from Karachi University.
