Sonia Altaf possesses extensive experience in customer experience management and application support within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of USD Applications at Ufone 4G since March 2023, Sonia previously held the role of Manager USD CEM Applications. Prior to Ufone, Sonia worked at Zong CMPak Ltd as Executive Customer Experience Management from May 2022 to March 2023. Additionally, Sonia's tenure at Nokia spanned from June 2018 to May 2022, where roles included CX & Technical Support Team Lead and Application Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes serving as an Application Support Analyst at Telenor from June 2016 to June 2018. Sonia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bahria University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical (Telecommunication) Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology (2010-2014), along with A Level certification from The City School (2007-2009).
