Erin Duclos has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions in several companies. Erin is currently the Vice President of HR for UGI Corporation's domestic business lines. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at AmeriGas, a UGI company. Erin also served as the VP of Human Resources at UGI Corporation. Before joining UGI, Erin worked at Aramark, where they held positions such as VP of Talent Management & HR, VP of Talent Acquisition, Associate VP of HRBP & HR Operations, and HR Director. Erin started their career at Aramark as a Training Specialist and also participated in their Pathways to Leadership- Operations Rotational Program.
Erin Duclos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from James Madison University.
