Kristy Dodd

Kristy Dodd is an experienced recruitment professional with a career spanning over two decades in the recruitment and resource sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner at UGL since January 2014, Kristy has held various key positions including Recruitment Lead for Oil & Gas and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Prior to this, Kristy was with SKILLED Group from May 2004 to November 2013, where roles included Branch Manager and Area Supervisor. Kristy's career began at Cement Australia, where multiple roles were undertaken from 1997 to 2004, further building a strong foundation in recruitment and operations management.
