Phil Hall

Phil Hall is an experienced Major Projects Bid Manager at UGL since May 2024, specializing in engineering and operations for the transport and energy sectors. Prior to this role, Phil served as General Manager of Group Bids and Proposals at Service Stream from November 2021 to October 2023, where leadership encompassed business development, bid management, and strategic growth across various industries in Australia. Phil's career also includes significant positions at Lendlease from March 2008 to November 2021, such as National Pre-Contracts Manager and Senior Project Controls Manager, overseeing large-scale projects and a substantial conversion portfolio. Early experience includes roles in project management and cost planning across various companies from 1994 to 2002. Phil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Flinders University and an A Class Electrician certification from TAFE SA.
