Simon Elliott

Simon Elliott is a highly experienced professional in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management, currently serving as the National HSEQ Manager for Transport & Major Projects at UGL since January 2023. Prior to this role, Simon held significant positions such as Program Safety Environment Risk Quality Manager for the Metro Tunnel Project at Metro Trains Melbourne from January 2018 to January 2023, and QHSE Manager for the Sidra Medical Centre at ASTAD Project Management from September 2015 to December 2017. Additional experience includes Program Safety Manager for local roads and drainage programs at Parsons Brinckerhoff, HSE Manager at Laing O'Rourke, and Regional SHEQ Manager at Balfour Beatty plc. Simon holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Management from The University of Salford.
